Madhavi Kurli, M.D. graduated from Chennai Medical College in India. She then trained in Ophthalmology in the United Kingdom and obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London. She moved to the United States of America and completed a fellowship in Ocular Oncology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, New York, NY. She then went on to residency training and a 2-year Vitreoretinal Surgery fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, New York. Dr. Kurli has authored and co-authored several peerreviewed articles and book chapters, and she has spoken and/or presented at numerous ophthalmology meetings.
